All public, private and international high schools in Ghana are eligible to participate; students must be at a level equivalent to grades 7 – 9 for (Shark Juniors), 10-12 (Shark Seniors).

Each team must be supervised by at least one (1) adult coach. Each team must include four (4) participating students and one (1) alternate.

Participating students must be currently enrolled in the school they represent, in grades 7-9 (Juniors), 10 – 12 (Seniors).

Participating schools may register a maximum of one (1) team per level.

Only schools that have officially registered and meet the eligibility requirements are invited to take part in the quiz.
